Now I don’t claim to be a doctor, or even a scientist, but I don’t like to take a lot of medication if I can avoid it. That enzyme that the drug helps out is only released in response to sexual arousal, so without sexual stimulation the drug cannot produce an erection.
Well after learning a bit about the drug, and reading about the possible side-effects and the relatively rare occurrence of these side-effects, I decided that the drug sounded really safe; and since it was only helping along a naturally occurring process, then I felt comfortable giving it a try.

The drug has really come down in price too. I never minded paying for the relatively expensive Cialis. I figured that the price paid was low when I considered what it had done for my marriage. Now that generic tadalafil is available, the price has really come down.
I talked to my doctor about the difference between Cialis and the generic versions under the names Tadalafil and he assured me that the drug was exactly the same, and that the only difference was in the price. He told me that he recommended that all his patients go for the generic. He laughed and told me that the drug companies had already made enough billions on Cialis, and it was time for consumers to start saving a little money!
I would recommend that anyone considering trying either Viagra or Cialis go for it. The drugs are very safe, and you really have nothing to lose by giving them a try. I found that I prefer tadalafil over Viagra, but I have heard that other men report better success with Viagra. You should try both and see which one works best for you. Anyways, the testing process for the two drugs could be a lot worse!!!
Definitely go for the generics though. The price difference is substantial, and since the drug works exactly the same, there’s nothing to be gained by paying more.
